2025 Edition of EUIPO SME Fund to Be Launched Shortly
On the strength of the increasing number of applications in the past years (over 31,000 in 2024), the EUIPO SME Fund has now been confirmed for the year 2025, too.
The fifth consecutive edition of this Fund, which is dedicated to assist the growth of EU small and medium-sized enterprises by making available partial reimbursement of costs for applications for patents, trademarks, designs and plant varieties as well as IP scan services rendered by an expert selected by the national/regional IP office of interest, will be launched by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) on 3 February 2025.
This year’s edition focuses on sustainability, digitalisation, and global competitiveness and aims at engaging an increasingly wider range of SMEs in exploiting to the full the possibilities offered by the Fund.
