Founding member, he passed away in 1992.

Born in 1902, he graduated engineer abroad, since 1945 he was consultant and expert for the Chamber of Commerce of Torino in the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering, optics and jewels; he was patent agent before the USPTO and patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trade Mark Office and the EPO. He was member of the Institute of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants and member of the Institute of the European Patent Attorneys.

He was president of the National Association of Engineers Graduated Abroad and of the Association of Technical Experts and Consultants of Piedmont, and also member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (IIC), the largest and oldest German association dealing with IP matters.

He was author of technical books in the field of lubricants and IC engines: “Il motore diesel”, “Cuscinetti e Boccole”, “Purificazione e rigenerazione degli oli usati” as well as of articles on technical and IP-related topics. During his long professional career he provided consultancy services to the Court of Torino.
